Order

Where is my order?

After creating the shipping label, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number. You can use this to view the status of your order here . Please also check your spam folder if the email does not appear to have arrived.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that, we change our minds sometimes too. Therefore, simply write us an email using our contact form and we will cancel the order. However, this only works as long as it has not been sent.

Do I order your earrings as a pair or individually?

Our earrings usually come as a pair.

I don't have pierced ears, do you also offer clips?

We get asked this question from time to time, but unfortunately we can only answer it in the negative at the moment. We have not yet found a solution that would satisfy us or you.

Shipping, returns etc.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Within Germany we ship as a package with DHL for 4.99 euros.

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over 50 euros.

Outside of Germany we ship goods internationally with Deutsche Post for 8.99 euros.

Delivery time 2-4 days

Information only applies to deliveries to Germany. The duration may vary for deliveries to other countries.

Information on calculating the delivery date

When paying in advance by bank transfer, the delivery deadline begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, such a day will be replaced by the next working day.


If you order several items from us in one order that have different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the overall delivery time for the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment of goods.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

I entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

That can happen from time to time. Please contact us immediately and give us the correct address. Please check regularly that your addresses are up to date.

Can I return my item if I don't like it?

Sure, you just have to keep a few things in mind. The item should be unworn and, ideally, still in its original packaging. You have 14 days to return the item. For more information go here .

The easiest way is to request a return via the customer account menu. In this step you will also receive an unpaid label from us.

To ensure that your order reaches us safely, it is best to use the packaging it came with. Stud earrings placed in a simple bubble envelope are often crushed in the mail.

Can I also pick up my order?

Unfortunately we cannot offer this for logistical reasons.

My item is defective or incorrect, what can I do?

Oh, something must have gone wrong. It's best to write and email hello@niemalsmehrohne.de and we'll take care of it.

Material

What is the jewelry made of?

That is very different. Basically, we attach great importance to well-tolerated materials. You can always read the composition in the description. We primarily use stainless steel, brass, acrylic and gold-plated and silver-plated brass.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Acrylic is particularly easy to care for and can also be wiped down with soap. It is lightproof and super light.

Stainless steel is generally well tolerated, does not tarnish and does not turn green on the skin. To keep it looking beautiful for a long time, we recommend only cleaning it with a dry cloth.

Over time, brass acquires a light patina, which often gives the piece of jewelry a special character. If you prefer it shiny, you can bring the jewelry back to a high shine using simple home remedies such as toothpaste or brass polish.

Gold or silver plating is sensitive to moisture and mechanical friction. That's why it's best not to wear the pieces while exercising or sleeping and not to let them come into contact with cosmetics. To clean, please only use a dry jewelry cleaning cloth.

Please do not store your jewelry in the bathroom as the high humidity affects it. Best in a small box in the bedroom.

I have a nickel allergy, can I tolerate the jewelry?

We completely understand the problem and are therefore always looking for well-tolerated materials so that you can enjoy them for a long time. Our earrings are generally well tolerated; we work a lot with stainless steel and brass. However, if you still don't agree with something, please send us an email and we will find a solution.

Can I find you offline in different cities?

Yes! We are represented in some stores in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You can find the full list here. However, not our entire range is represented, but only selected pieces.

Are you also at markets?

We have done many markets in the past and miss the atmosphere, but currently have no capacity for it. But we never say never :)
